Background
Our client operates a business selling medical alert devices, which are designed to help people with medical conditions or disabilities call for help in an emergency. The client came to us seeking assistance with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and SEO in order to increase the number of sales and improve the ranking of their website on Google search results.
Methodology
We began by conducting a thorough analysis of the client’s website, including analyzing the user experience, identifying any technical issues, and reviewing the content and keywords used on the site. We also conducted market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential areas for improvement.
